At Harmony Paris, we strive for timeless quality; however, if your selection is not perfect, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
